Shi Tongyue led the study of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" and explained in detail the revision background, main content and application of the "Regulations" to the comrades, grasped the structural adjustment and new content of the "Regulations", and focused on the revision background and main process, the key points of the regulations, and the types and application of disciplinary sanctions. He emphasized that the "Regulations" are an important guideline for managing and governing the party, and are a code of conduct that all party members must abide by. The revision and improvement of the "Regulations" reflects the Party Central Committee's determination to always firmly govern the party in an all-round and strict manner, and also reflects the party's new practices, new experiences and new requirements in discipline building. Afterwards, the party members of the branch jointly studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and important instructions on party discipline learning and education.

Finally, the party members of the branch watched the red film "Ask the West" together. The film tells the story of four young people from the same university in different eras, who are full of expectations for youth, and who move forward in contradictions and struggles due to the changes of the times, and finally find their true selves. The party members of the branch said that they drew strength from the film and strived to be sympathetic to the disadvantaged groups, have a sense of responsibility to society, a thirst for truth, and insight into the secular world, and become an excellent Communist Party member.
