个人简介

熊博,北京大学医学部医学技术研究院/多媒体信息处理全国重点实验室助理教授、博士生导师。本科(2015)、博士(2022)均毕业于清华大学自动化系,博士期间在美国霍华德休斯医学研究所Janelia Research Campus联合培养,曾任职于北京大学计算机学院,担任博士后助理研究员。目前主要从事信息科学与生物医学交叉领域中的计算成像、智能重构算法与图像处理等方向的研究工作,聚焦于物理模型启发的三维重建网络以及基于类脑视觉的计算成像方法,应用于生物医学图像采集系统、处理分析及可视化软件。相关工作发表在Light、Optica、Laser & Photonics Reviews、Photonics Research等光学成像领域顶级期刊以及CVPR、AAAI、ECCV等计算机视觉与人工智能领域顶级会议共30余篇;获得专利授权10余项;博士学位论文获评2022年中国图象图形学学会优秀博士学位论文奖;2024年入选北京市科学技术协会青年人才托举工程;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目等多个项目。指导学生获得中国国际大学生创新大赛银奖。
