北京大学人民医院眼科&眼视光中心主任视光师，英国视光师协会认证验光师，视觉工程硕士。长期从事眼健康管理及眼视光信息化建设管理工作，拥有二十多年视光临床经验，擅长儿童检影验光、各类疑难屈光不正（如高度参差、斜弱视等）的科学矫治及儿童青少年眼健康管理，具备丰富的视光中心管理及运营经验。组织撰写了《医疗机构在感染性眼表疾病屈光检查中的感染控制》，参与编写了由国家卫生健康委员会制定的《儿童青少年近视防控关键适宜技术》、《儿童青少年新冠肺炎疫情期间近视预防指引》、《中小学生视力健康监测技术规范》等。受国家卫生健康委员会委托，组织编写了《有阳光 有未来·防控近视科普常识》科普宣传手册，参与了国家卫生健康委员会、教育部组织开展的2019年儿童青少年近视监测工作调研，组织开展了国家卫生健康委员会疾病预防控制局全国儿童青少年近视防控适宜技术试点工作，北京大学人民医院对口专业支援指导区县西藏自治区、山东省等的调研交流工作，是国家卫健委全国儿童近视防控督导组成员、国家卫健委0-6岁儿童视力筛查培训讲师。2024年7月荣获第十三届宋庆龄儿童医院贡献奖。近5年，发表SCI及核心期刊文章10余篇，获得国自然基金3项，国家疾控局十五五重大专项基金1项、华夏基金1项，北京大学校内基金2项、北京市疾控中心科研基金3项、昆明市卫生健康委基金1项，实用专利1项，承担国家卫健委研究项目4项。

Chief optometrist of Ophthalmology & Optometry Center, Peking University People's Hospital, British Association of Optometrists certified optometrist, master of visual science engineering. Prof. Li has long been engaged in eye health care and optometry informationizationconstruction. He has over 20 years of extensive experience with clinical optometry, especially in pediatric retinoscopy and refraction, visual correction of complexity and refractory ametropia (eg. high anisometropia, strabismus and amblyopia) and eye health care management of children and adolescents. Prof. Li is experienced in optometry center administration and operation. Under his organization, “Technical guideline for infection control of refractive examination of infectious ocular surface diseases in medical organizations”was published during the pandemic of COVID-19. He also participate the draf of “Key and appropriate technologies for the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents”, “Guidelines for the prevention of myopia in children and adolescents during the CIVID-19 epidemic” and “Technical consensus for visual health monitoring of primary and middle school students”. Entrusted by the National Health Commission, he organized the compilation of the science popularization Handbook of "sunshine, future, prevention and control of myopia".Under the leadership of National Health Commission, Prof. Li participated in the Child and Adolescent Myopia Monitoring Survey (2019) which co-organized by the National Health Commission and the Ministry of Education.He organized and carried out the national pilot work of appropriate technology for prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents by the Bureau of disease control and prevention of the National Health Commission,The people's Hospital of Peking University provides professional support and guidance to the investigation and exchange work of districts, counties, Tibet Autonomous Region and Shandong Province. He is also a member of the National Child Myopia Prevention and Control Supervision Group and a training lecturer for the 0-6-year-old child vision screening program which lead by the National Health Commission. In past 5 years, Prof. Li has published more than 10 SCI and core journal articles, received 1 National Natural Science Foundation grant, 1 Huaxia Grant, 1 Kunming Municipal Health Commission grant and obtained 1 practical patent.Responsible for 4 research projects of the National Health Commission.
