Development and Application of Highly Sensitive Proteomics Technology-Huang Chaolan Team
Time:2025-06-05Proposed and established the gOAD chip (3.0) technology for single-cell and ultra-trace sample proteomics based on mass spectrometry, currently recognized as the most sensitive method for identifying the highest protein quantities in individual somatic cells. Elucidated the comprehensive landscape of tyrosine dynamic phosphorylation modifications in the TCR-CD3 complex. This work was selected as one of China's Top 10 Advances in Life Sciences (2020). Applied to frontier research directions including the discovery of an immune-suppressive or "two-phase" mechanism in early SARS-CoV-2 infection, respiratory disease metagenomics, and bacterial antibiotic resistance gene analysis.
