Innovative Tissue Engineering Strategies for Tissue Regeneration - Dental Hospital Team

Addressed the bottleneck of material microenvironment regulation in tissue regeneration by innovatively designing cell membrane receptor-adaptive functional groups, achieving high-efficiency tissue adhesion and regeneration. Invented the dual crosslinking-dual network structural material design technology and developed dynamic in situ stem cell fate regulation techniques to enhance osteogenic differentiation capacity. Proposed a tissue engineering-based bone regeneration framework, creating novel strategies for early vascularization, collagen mineralization, and bioactive factor stabilization. These breakthroughs resolved critical challenges in engineered bone regeneration and elevated tissue engineering research, earning the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Award.
