On April 16, 2022, the undergraduate and graduate research interest groups of the Institute of Medical Technology jointly organized a mobilization and guidance meeting for the application of the electronic circuit platform intelligent infusion project. Interdisciplinary experts from Peking University, Beijing Institute of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics, and Capital Medical University participated in the guidance and discussion.

Zhao Boyu, leader of the undergraduate innovation research group, reported on the preliminary concept and work plan of the "intelligent infusion" project on behalf of the electronic circuit platform group. Zhang Shuo, a teacher from the emergency department of Peking University Third Hospital, gave guidance and comments based on the actual clinical nursing; Hao Fei, leader of the graduate digital human working group, reported on the progress and follow-up work arrangements of the commissioned research project ITM (In the Moment) to be launched recently, and Chang Zhenzhan, a teacher from the School of Basic Medicine, gave guidance and comments on the plan.

In the discussion session, Mr. Niu Tianye introduced the course arrangement of "Medical Electronic Circuits", a course to be offered to medical technology undergraduates in 2023, in combination with the topic of the electronic circuit platform group, and emphasized that the basic knowledge of information technology and electronic technology is an important foundation for students to participate in the research and development of medical equipment and instrument technology.

Dean Han Hongbin introduced the background and significance of the two projects of "Intelligent Infusion" and ITM, and encouraged undergraduate and graduate innovation research groups to make full use of the foundation of scientific research training received in the early stage, actively participate in the application for the establishment of innovative technology topics, and continuously improve their own innovation ability and level through the organization and implementation of projects and topics.
