Celebrate Double Festivals and Build Dreams - Institute of Medical Technology Organized a Symposium to Welcome Double Festivals

The sun was blazing and the sky was clear, like the vigorous and youthful faces of the students. On September 10th, in such a festive day, Institute of Medical Technology (IMT) carried out a student symposium. Representatives of students from 22nd undergraduate medical technology class, 22nd graduate class, and 21st graduate class gathered in 231 conference room of IMT, where they got together, exchanged blessings, conveyed the true feelings, and exchanged ideas. It left a deep impression on every student and made everyone more eager for the future life!

At the symposium for new students, President Han Hongbin and Vice President Gao Song had a long talk with the students and asked them about their planning for their future study and life, and gave them guidance. At the meeting, they discussed the future development blueprint of the Institute and unanimously expressed that they would contribute to the construction of the Institute and the development of national medical technology. During the meeting, the atmosphere was very cordial, we listened carefully to the dean's earnest wishes, the two deans encouraged students to use what they have learned to empower a wonderful life, serve the motherland, serve the people, add color to the school, continue the spirit of Peking University Medicine, carry forward the main theme of the times of “not to be ashamed of their youth, the strong country have me”.

At the symposium, the new students were enthusiastic and talked about their ideals and aspirations while feeling the festive atmosphere. Undergraduates are determined to study hard and plan their lives in advance; graduate students are either preparing to go abroad for further study or for selection and training. The two deans fully recognized the students' ideas and aspirations, and warmly guided them.

At the end of the meeting, the two deans issued exquisite cultural and creative souvenirs for everyone and left precious group photos. I wish all the students to create a world of their own in their future study career, set sail and build their dreams!
