Dr. Hao Wu is the Deputy Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Peking University Cancer Hospital, Chief Physicist, Professor-level Senior Engineer, and a Master's Supervisor.

Dr. Wu has led several major initiatives, including key special projects under the National Key Research and Development Program for the Development of Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment, scientific research projects in the public welfare sector of quality inspection, and the Cultivation Plan of the Beijing Municipal Hospital Authority. He has published 14 SCI-indexed papers as first author or corresponding author. As a principal drafter, he has contributed to the formulation of one national standard and three industry standards.

Research Directions: Quality assurance and quality control of radiotherapy equipment, techniques, and processes; automated radiotherapy solutions based on machine learning and artificial assistance.

Social and Academic Appointments:

- National-level expert in radiation hygiene technical evaluation.

- Member of the Radiation Hygiene Standards Professional Committee of the National Health Standards Committee.

- Member of the Sub-committee on Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Dosimetry Equipment of the National Medical Electrical Appliance Standardization Committee.

- Standing Committee Member of the Radiation Medicine and Protection Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and Editorial Board Member of the  Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection  .
