Dr. Du is a Senior Engineer, Master's Supervisor, and Medical Physicist in Radiotherapy Department at Peking University Cancer Hospital. He obtained the Ph.D. in 2017 with research visit to Macquarie University, Australia, and then conducted postdoctoral research at Peking University Cancer Hospital (2017-2019). He is the PI of 6 projects including China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, NSFC, and Beijing Natural Science Foundation. He has published 6 SCI papers (first/corresponding author) and 10+ core journal articles, and applied for 5 invention patents (first inventor). His research directions include: 3D gel dosimetry, low-dose CBCT imaging, respiratory motion management in radiotherapy, Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT). He is currently the Youth Committee Member of Ionizing Radiation Committee of the Chinese Society for Measurement.
